Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For example, items may be returned within 30 days from the date they are delivered to you.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Be unused or only lightly used
  • Include all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and labels
  • Show no significant signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Accepted Return Reasons

  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Item no longer needed
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product arrived defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Product not functioning as intended

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • Clearance items
  • Final sale products
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping Fees

For returns due to buyer's remorse or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

There are:

  • No restocking fees
  • No processing fees
  • No hidden return charges

For items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly, Diaova will cover the return shipping cost.

If a customer chooses to arrange return shipping independently in an approved warranty or error-related case, reimbursement will be based on the actual shipping cost incurred, subject to review and verification.

Exchanges

We support product exchanges.

If you would like a replacement item, different model, or exchange for the same product due to damage, defects, or other eligible circumstances, please contact our support team within the applicable return period.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including but not limited to:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Other approved payment methods

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

If a return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate the issue, you may be asked to provide:

  • Shipping receipt
  • Tracking information
  • Photos of the package and contents
  • Any carrier correspondence

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Partial Returns

Partial returns are accepted.

If your order contains multiple items, you may return eligible items individually rather than returning the entire order.

Refunds will be calculated based on the returned item(s) only.
