Shipping policy
At Diaova, we work hard to process every order as quickly as possible while ensuring each item is carefully inspected before shipment. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we'll contact you by email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not accept or ship international orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days for standard shipping within the United States.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders from $0.01 to $50.00: $8.00
- Additional shipping fees will not be charged after checkout unless requested by the customer for a special shipping arrangement.
Shipping Carrier & Order Tracking
All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your package has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your customer account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only to addresses located within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- International destinations
- U.S. territories and possessions
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to shipping restrictions, we'll notify you promptly and issue a refund if necessary.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or supply chain issues.
If your shipment is affected by a significant delay, we'll keep you informed by email and provide updates whenever possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Our support team will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Local Pickup & Local Delivery
We currently do not offer local pickup or local delivery services.
All eligible orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
